Elaine Wu

Parish Administrator

Elaine is the Parish Administrator for CMP working on site on Thursday mornings and behind the screen the rest of the time. Originally from Calgary, she encountered the Lord at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at the University of Alberta, in the Asian division known as ASK (Asian Students on Kampus). After a short stint in Maryland, she settled in Montreal in 2020 and stumbled upon the lovely community of CMP in 2022. While she is trained as an elementary educator, her day job now involves her getting lost amongst stacks of books. She loves connecting with people, starting a variety of craft projects, touching grass (aka hiking), and eating delicious food. Elaine shares life with her husband Marcelo and two boys, Lochlan and Everett.
